Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andy’s Liquors UG (limited liability)), Im Raidental 10/1, 72458 Albstadt, Germany, email: info@andys-liquors.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union. Customers residing in Switzerland or other third countries have no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we voluntarily grant these customers a right of return under the same conditions. In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that returns from third countries may be subject to customs duties. Therefore, please contact us before sending a return.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You must return the goods immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Important: You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs. Please always send your return shipment insured and with sufficient postage, as we do not accept shipments sent collect.
The shipment must be packed in a certified bottle shipping box to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original box in which the merchandise was delivered.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded,
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery,
  • Personalized products or products made to customer specifications,
  • Perishable foodstuffs,
  • Gift certificates or offers.
