Shipping conditions

Delivery area
We deliver within Germany and to Switzerland to the shipping address you provide. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible, provided the information is correct. For shipments to a DHL Packstation, please provide the correct Packstation number and your postal code to ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping service provider
Shipping is via standard mail or DHL Parcel – DHL Parcels are trackable and insured up to €500. Standard mail shipments are not trackable and are not insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that allows you to check the current status of your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping time
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases (e.g., seasonal increases in order volume), the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs Within Germany
For orders with a total value of less than €50.00, the following flat-rate shipping fees apply (based on the actual shipping weight, including packaging):

Parcel shipment (non-trackable and only for lightweight items that do not contain glass, ceramics, or similar fragile items, e.g., individual cotton bags):

  • 3,00 € for a shipping weight of up to 0,9 kg
    (Shipments are only available for products that do not contain glass, ceramics, or similar fragile items.)

Standard shipping (packages):

  • 4,99 € for a shipping weight of up to 2 kg
  • 6,49 € for a shipping weight of over 2 kg to 5 kg

Standard shipping is free for orders totaling €50.00 or more, regardless of the package weight (up to a maximum of 20.00 kg per package).

Express shipping (DHL Express)
Shipping costs always apply to express shipments, regardless of the value of the goods.

The costs are as follows:

  • 0–2 kg: 16,00 €
  • over 2–5 kg: 17,00 €
  • over 5–10 kg: 28,50 €

Delivery delays & availability
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we will offer you a suitable solution, such as a partial delivery, an alternative item, or a refund of the purchase price.

Refusal to Accept & Return Due to Undeliverability
If the customer or a recipient designated by the customer refuses to accept the delivery without having previously effectively canceled the contract, or if a shipment is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., undeliverable address, failure to pick up), we reserve the right to retain the resulting shipping costs.

Upon receipt of the return, the customer has 14 days to contact us regarding a redelivery or refund.

If we do not receive a response within this period, we will refund the value of the order via the original payment method.
We are not required to contact you separately; the responsibility to contact us lies with the customer.

Any additional shipping or return costs will not be reimbursed in this case.

Shipping to Switzerland

We ship select products to Switzerland. Please note that certain products cannot be shipped to Switzerland due to legal restrictions. Shipments are made via DHL Paket International—trackable and insured up to €500.

Shipping costs to Switzerland:

  • €21.90 for shipments weighing up to 2 kg
  • €29.90 for shipments weighing over 2 kg up to 5 kg
  • €37.90 for shipments weighing over 5 kg up to 10 kg

Delivery time: approx. 5–8 business days after shipment (depending on customs processing time and local delivery time).

Important Note Regarding Customs and Import Duties:

Switzerland is not a member of the EU. The prices displayed in our shop are for shipments to Switzerland and do not include German VAT. Upon import, customs duties, import taxes, and Swiss import sales tax (currently 8.1%) may therefore apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by Swiss customs—they are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. For spirits, a personal duty-free allowance of 5 liters per person also applies. If this amount is exceeded, additional duties may apply. This information is provided without guarantee—the applicable regulations of the Swiss customs authorities are authoritative.

Returns from Switzerland:

Returns from Switzerland are at the customer’s expense. Please note that returns may also be subject to customs duties. Please contact us before sending a return.
